Spring Break

We now have spring break in our house, its kind of weird with Brady being in school we now have breaks.  Its just the phase of life that we are in, a new adventure our lives dictated by our boys school schedule.  Its life right?  Well we didn't have any huge plans but we did make a quick trip to Dallas, Brad had business down there and so I hopped in a car and drove with the three kiddos to Dallas.  We met there and stayed at his hotel and visited with his family.  Dallas is huge but we didn't even go downtown, we stayed mostly up in Frisco area where Aunt Jenny lives.  And we got to go to Ikea, whoa I could  spend a lot of money in there.  In fact that is what I texted Brad when I got there, "I am at Ikea about to spend your hard earned money. Do you want anything??"  He was a good sport about it, and I did come away some cool stuff for our house.  The boys loved staying in hotels for two nights.  They were allowed to jump on the beds, and eat as much breakfast that they wanted, at the buffet.  Jillian in this picture does not look to impressed.....
We also got to hang with Jenny in her place which is cool for the kids since she will be getting hitched and moving away in two months.  They will really miss her!

We rarely get some to take our family pictures and we were kind of rag tag by the end of the trip, but Jenny was kind enough to take our picture.  We told them to smile and then make a face.
Again Jillian is not very impressed she won't even look at the camera- LOL.
Brady is proud of himself that he can cross his eyes...
Since we've been home it has rained hard all week.  So I am hoping for it to stop and we are able to get out this weekend.  My kids need the fresh air!  Hope your Spring Break was fun as ours!!!

The former comment was your mom's not dad's. He had not signed out so I just posted.

You have a really good looking sister-in-law. I know she is going to miss living close enough to make a quick visit. It was fun to have the boys together to Skype.
