A Tennessee Spring Break

So for spring break this year we packed up the kids and went to my parents house for the week in Cookeville, Tennessee.  The kids were super excited, we pulled them from bed and stuck them in the car before they really woke up.  We drove all day and got there at dinner time, to which my mom had an awesome dinner waiting for us. 

  The week was awesome we did so many things its hard to keep track of it all.  Sunday our first full day we were there we went to church and saw some family and when we got home, my Dad had a surprise for the boys.  He handed the them a "clue" to find a teasure chest hidden somewhere in thier yard.  The excitement on thier faces was so fun to see, that I of course had to take a few shots of them hunting for treasure! 

 The clues were all over the place under patio stones...

 One was in the mail box across the street my mom helped them with that one...

 My dad had made the box and let them keep it and take it home with us....they were super excited to see thier treasure. 

 Garrett loves his "cash" as he calls it.  He was so happy that they each got a dollar bill.

We had some smores and sat by the fire that night, it was so nice to be with family and a great start to the week!
