amusement park day!

We had a really good time last weekend at Silver Dollar City.  We met up with two other couples and their kiddos and had a caravan over to Branson, MO.  We had a special aunt come up from Texas to join in on the fun-Aunt Jenny!!!  Who I am afraid to admit  my boys just might love on her more than their own mother, but that is another story.  Anyway we got there and had an awesome day!  Because we had more adults on this trip, Brad, Jenny, John and Tommy all took Tommy's fearless little 4 year old on an "adult" roller coaster!  Its called the Powder Keg you come up to this spot and it shoots you off like a powder keg just blew up!  Brady was tall enough to go but saw that once and said NO WAY!

Smart kid.
John who also is fearless wanted to go on this giant swing that I thought I would  throw up on if I went and so I passed, along with everyone else!  He eventually got Shannon's sister who happened to be at the park that day there as well to go on it with her.
Can you see John?  He is the third one in I think......crazy he did this twice!
The rest of us were low key and stayed on the little kids rides!  Garrett has gotten so tall he can go on some with out an adult which he was super proud about.
He got to go on some with just his big brother as well.
Brady went with his friend on some rides as well.
The kids were so cute I tried getting a group shot but its hard to get them to all look at the same time!
But John and Shannon got the best family picture award, look how cute they are!!!
It was so fun!  I am excited to see what other people got on their cameras as well!
By the end of the day we were all very tired.  Garrett pretty much shows how we all felt!
So glad we spent the day with good family and friends!  Lets do it again before the year is up!!
