Today is the first day for my Dad'S new stage in life! He is officially retired, yesterday he worked his last day for DuPont, he has worked for the same company for 40 years! Isn't that amazing? I was talking to my dear husband about it and pointed out that my dad has worked a whole decade longer than I have even been alive. Now he gets to RELAX! Good for you Dad we are so proud of ya! Take a load off for a while, smell the roses, and take in a whole new stage of life! By the way you only get to relax for about a week before me and my boys come and invade so really go and relax while you can!!!

We are really looking forward to this new stage. He's been a great provider for our family and now deserves to have some time to enjoy new things. That is Garrett that he's holding, right?

Being the first in the family he has set an example for all of us to follow and has definately set the bar high. Take some well deserved time off and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets....
