Aunt Jenny's Visit

This past weekend we got to do some fun stuff with our favorite aunt in Dallas-Jenny! She drove up on Thursday and stayed with us until this past Tuesday. She is a teacher so she has the summer off and come and visit us. Lucky girl! OK so we got to do lots of stuff, but Saturday was our busiest day by far. I woke up early to go and run a 5k Race, it was in Centerton and for the fire department. There were some hills in the race that I thought were going to do me in but I beat my own time, and finished in 24: 53. My goal was under 25;00 so I technically did it! Brady loved watching the people come in, and cheered them on with Jenny, Brad, and Garrett. Then we took off for IHOP, and ate some good food, mostly its "good" because after the race I wanted to eat everyone and everything. Anyway we went to see Harry Potter that after noon, good flick go see it. Then right after that I took Brady to a birthday party! He was in heaven with all the junk food. After the party we had some good friends come over and have come grilled dogs and burgers.

Brady with John (aka second dad) he loves Jon and Shannon, and now their little addition baby Addison. Its almost scary, he knows where they live and what kind of car Shannon drives...........yeah I know stalkerish!

Brady is also obsessed with pirates that is why there is a kitchen towel on his head. John has this really fancy phone, and he plays games on it, Brady sat there watching him for a while. Wish we could pull that thing out during sacrament on Sundays!

John was also a brave Daddy, and told Brady he could hold the baby! Brady was so very excited, I have to say I was a little nervous but he didn't do any harm to her so it was a success. She is soooooo cute! And the best baby,she hardly ever cries, she just looks around at everyone. She could win a staring contest hands down, she just locks in on you and can hold her gaze for hours! Love her!

OK, now one thing we McKassons like to do is eat. So every time it seems like Jenny leaves us we end with a "last Lunch" at Chick-Fil-A. Brady plays and we all get to eat. I think our family single handily keeps that place in business! Here is the cute Brother and Sister, shot.

Brady handed in his toy for free ice cream, and he loves it! He ate pretty much the whole thing, impressing his Aunt Jenny at his ice cream eating skills. This boy could live off the stuff. Jenny we love and miss you already!
